Checkout was quicker than I expected. I just handed over the key cards, and the guy at the front desk already had my receipt ready, which was a nice surprise.
I kept expecting some random extra charge or a delay since it was busy, but nothing weird came up. The staff was friendly enough too, so I’d say it was a solid way to end the stay.

I stayed here for two nights and the wifi was actually really solid!!! I had a couple work calls to get through, and everything stayed smooth with no random drops or annoying slowdowns!!!
Logging in was easy too, which I really appreciated!!! I didn’t have to keep signing back in over and over like I’ve had to do at some other hotels, so overall I was happy with it!!!

I only stayed for one night, so I wasn’t expecting much, but I have to admit the bathroom was really clean. The shower, sink, and floor all looked fresh, which is not always the case. It definitely made the stay feel a lot more comfortable than I expected.

I thought the breakfast was good. It was hot and fresh, and there were enough choices that I didnt have trouble finding something I liked.

I ended up in a room close to the elevator, so I was a little worried at first, you never know with hotels. But it was quiet most of the night. I heard a door close once or twice, nothing that really bothered me. Slept just fine and I’d stay there again

There was plenty of parking right outside, which made check-in so much easier for us. I don’t know why I assumed it would be a hassle, but I was definitely overthinking it.

After a long drive, that shower was exactly what I needed. The water got hot fast and the pressure was really strong. I also liked that the receipt came through by email without any hassle. Slept great afterward

We stayed here mostly because the location made everything so easy, and it was just what we needed since there was food nearby, gas was close, the highway was right there, and we didn’t have to waste time figuring out where to go or driving all over the place, which made the whole trip feel a lot more relaxed.

The bathroom did have grab bars, which was good, but the bed was way too high and kind of a pain in the butt. The shower chair was wobbly too, which felt sketchy as hell. The staff were nice and did try to help, and I appreciated that. Overall, it wasn’t terrible, but they really need to pay more attention to the details instead of half-assing the accessible setup.

Not gonna lie, I was relieved that the room was actually there when I showed up after booking through comfortinn.com. The check-in date was correct and that part went smoothly, but the front desk didn’t have the room type I had picked. They did get it sorted out after a little while, but after driving all day, it was frustrating. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, I just wish the reservation details had matched up better from the start.

Ugh, I had to cancel my booking at the last minute because my plans completely changed, which was already annoying enough. I was expecting the refund process to be a whole headache, but surprisingly it wasn’t. Customer service got back to me quickly, and the refund showed up a few days later. Wish I hadn’t had to cancel in the first place, but I’m glad they didn’t make it more stressful than it needed to be.

The AC worked fine, but the heat was weak. I was expecting the room to get warmer based on how it was described, so I felt a bit misled. The temperature was just okay overall, not terrible, but not as comfortable as I hoped...

The pool was really nice, clean, warm, and just easy to enjoy. I ended up using it every day. The gym was nice too, with enough equipment for a quick workout, which was all I needed. no complaints at all.
